RULES FOR COMPETITORS

1. Registration

– Friday 6.1.2017 during 17:00 – 19:00
– Saturday 7.1.2017 starting at 07:30
– Sunday 8.1.2017 starting at 07:30

1. The pit is situated at near of Suomu parking place. The desk for registration is situated on the other side of the pit.
2. All documents for registration should be available during registration!
3. Document for sportscaster is attached at website (giant.fi). Document is named as ”Kuuluttajalomake”. Print the document and give the filled document during registration at the racing office. There will be empty documents available at the racing office. You can also fill the document in the office.
4. You can pay also by credit card.

2. Independent practice

On friday independent practice/excercise is possible during 15:00-19:00 (3.00 to 7.00 pm).
Maximum of 10 snowmobiles are allowed to be at the same time on the track.

3. Snowmobile inspection

Saturday during 7.30-9.30 o’clock (7.30 to 9.30 pm)
Sunday during 7.30-9.30 o’clock (7.30 to 9.30 am)

4. Qualification and maps for riding

Driver meeting will be started at 09:00 and 12.40

Qualification will be started at 10:00 o’clock (10.00 am)
Breaks will be taken during fixing of the track.

All the competitors can ride 3 practice rounds before the first own start.
Juniors 11-14
Competitors will ride two starts. In the national competitions results are evaluated by calculating ranking points of each game together. Competitor who is given least ranking points from each game will be the winner. The placement during last game will dominate in cases where two or more competitors have equal points. (5 laps)

Juniors 14-16

Competitors will ride two starts. In the national competitions results are evaluated by calculating ranking points of each game together. Competitor who is given least ranking points from each game will be the winner. The placement during last game will dominate in cases where two or more competitors have equal points. (5 laps)

Womens

Competitors will ride two starts. In the national competitions results are evaluated by calculating ranking points of each game together. Competitor who is given least ranking points from each game will be the winner. The placement during last game will dominate in cases where two or more competitors have equal points. (5 laps)

Veterans

Competitors will ride two starts. In the national competitions results are evaluated by calculating ranking points of each game together. Competitor who is given least ranking points from each game will be the winner. The placement during last game will dominate in cases where two or more competitors have equal points. (5 laps)

Harraste (national class)

Competitors will ride two starts. In the national competitions results are evaluated by calculating ranking points of each game together. Competitor who is given least ranking points from each game will be the winner. The placement during last game will dominate in cases where two or more competitors have equal points. (5 laps)

Semi Pro

Competitors will be divided into two groups (games) by the organizer. Four best competitors from each group will ride in the final competition. Competitors situated at fifth or more place after both games will ride in the last chance competion. Last chance can be reached in two of the best competitors in the finals. The length of each game is seven laps (final 10 laps). Final results are based on results from the final competition.

Pro Stock

Competitors will ride two starts. In the national competitions results are evaluated by calculating ranking points of each game together. Pro Open

Competitors will ride two starts. In the national competitions results are evaluated by calculating ranking points of each game together.
